Positive: The apartment is superbly located adjacent to the charming central square in Besigheim (it is not noisy at night). It was well equipped and well presented. The host met us personally and very helpful. Generous supplies of coffee, tea, orange juice and bottled water included at no extra cost.
Negative: Ideally - there would be a dedicated parking space adjacent to the property. However - travellers by car should not be deterred since there is plenty of outdoor parking nearby costing approx 7 Euros per 24 hours. The stairs leading up to the apartment are very steep - but, fortunately, that was not a problem for us.
Summary: Superb apartment right in the main square.
