Summary: The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was actually good, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We had two twin beds with low-quality, uncomfortable mattresses and bedding. The room itself was small, noisy, and poorly designed, with no place to hang towels in either the bathroom or the bedroom. The most frustrating part for me was the lack of basic hospitality. Upon arrival, you’re immediately faced with stairs, and not a single staff member offered help with luggage, yet again during check out. That lack of support really set the tone for the stay. Overall, we were disappointed and would not return.
