The unit features a generous-sized great room with excellent light, comfortable seating for six+ and dining table, also for six. The room includes a flat television, cable TV and Wi-Fi internet.
Adjacent to the great room, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with backsplash and under-cabinet Halogen lighting, a full selection of cooking utensils, dishes, glassware and linens. The spacious snack/breakfast bar has three chair-stools and is perfect for quick meals.
The spacious master suite includes a king-sized bed, dresser, two nightstands, flat screen television and cable TV. The master bath has a large walk-in shower with rain-shower head; separate soaking tub, and double sinks.
The guest suite has two full beds,a nightstand, a flat screen television, cable TV, and walk-in closet. The connecting private bathroom has a walk in shower and double sinks.
The balcony features a cocktail table, a loveseat, one chair and recliner chair with an ottoman creating the perfect outdoor space for breakfast, evening cocktails, or dinner.
A very convenient in-unit laundry room includes front-loading stacked washer/dryer.
The building has a spacious on-site sundeck with large waterfall pool and a hot tub (Everything new since July 2023). The sundeck area includes a community room with a billiard table, a fantastic grill area that features two large grills and a refrigerator for your use. It also includes a state-of-the-art private gym and workout facility. The unit comes with two covered private parking spaces. The Strada is secure building with passkey operated entrance doors and a pass code operated parking area gate.
The Mercato is high-end residential-commercial development in North Naples Florida designed for high-end living with ease. The Strada Place neighborhood provides a pedestrian-friendly atmosphere of shopping, dining and entertainment. There are seven great restaurants with food choices ranging from steak, seafood, Asian and Italian. There is also a great English Pub and a nightclub for those in the mood for fun. A large Whole Foods Supermarket is also in the complex. Whole Foods and the restaurants will deliver to the unit.
1.5 miles to Vanderbilt public beach, 3.0 miles to Delnor-WIggins State Park Beach.
