Travel Purpose: business
Positive: A pleasant traditional room, in a beautiful neighborhood. We reserved breakfast in the cafe downstairs (which you need to do directly with the cafe), and had an amazing full-spread traditional Japanese breakfast.
Negative: It was very tight for our group of 3 adults. It would be fine for 2.
