This home comes with 2 and 1/2 baths, one private master bath and one bathroom having two separate sink areas for each of the other two bedrooms and a shared shower. The house also has an indoor laundry area and 1/2 bath. The living room, kitchen and dining area are an open floor plan with plenty of seating at the dining table, the kitchen island, living room or open the wall of sliders to access the newly renovated lanai and screened pool/hot tub for more space. Spend your time relaxing by the pool/hot tub or underneath the shadows of the waving palms along the canal on the new turf lawn.
