Our freshly renovated 1200 sq ft townhome is uniquely located on Thanksgiving Mountain ridge overlooking a forested canyon and hills with AMAZING SPECTACULAR VIEWS! It’s like being in your own private nature sanctuary, featuring spacious balcony decks on both the lower & upper levels to capture the sunrises, sunsets and glorious Texas skies. Kitchen is fully equipped-- all new stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink, quartz counters, pull-out trash bin, glassware, dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, French press , electric tea kettle, toaster, pantry cupboard and condiments. Living room is light, bright and comfy, with a lg screen Roku tv. Wifi is Starlink. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, each one with a queen bed w/comfy luxury linens & two full bathrooms w/shower/tub. A third full bathroom w/walk-in shower is conveniently located upstairs. All bathrooms are stocked with nice towels, shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The efficient laundry nook with new washer & dryer installed in October 2023. is also upstairs. You'll love spending time on the lower porch off the master bedroom in the morning especially with its enchanting "treehouse" mood.
Our place is situated just 1.5 miles from Lake LBJ, the crown jewel of the Horseshoe Bay resort. A constant level lake, this beautiful body of water is a magnet for water recreation of all kinds-- from casual cruising to serious water sports, fishermen, and sun adorers! Horseshoe Bay Resort also offers an abundance of land recreation - from pro level golf courses to nature trails perfect for hiking and taking in the Texas landscapes. And we can't keep from bragging about the fabulous restaurant selections in the area, not to mention being 10 minutes from Marble Falls with its plethora of boutiques, cafes, coffee shops, vineyards, music venues and a world renowned artist gallery "Beloved Gallery" its own fine lake amenities on the shores of Lake Marble Falls.
