Apartment, very recently restored, of type T2 in duplex in a building of the XVII th joint with the private Mansion, the aptly named, "Hôtel de Montcalm".
Located on the 3rd and last floor of the building, it has 6 windows overlooking streets and roofs with visibility on the horizon beyond Montpellier because the building is located on one of the highest points of the Historic Center of Montpellier.
The apartment, over the centuries has been gradually transformed, to make it a particular apartment in the Montpellier Escutcheon with a good marriage of the original stone walls tuned in parts with original stone walls lined with contemporary materials for more reflected light.
It is provided:
- A kitchen open to the dining room. This very well lit kitchen is very well equipped (Triple induction hobs with worktop, dishwasher, washing machine, combi oven, 160 L fridge with 40L freezer ....). It is also equipped with quality dishes.
- A dining room, very well lit, spacious with table equipped with integrated extensions to go from 4 to 6 place settings. This dining room is also provided with a small office space allowing to receive a portable PC which can be connected in Wi-Fi or wired by RJ45 with patch panel.
- A living room, very well lit, separated from the dining room by an archway of width 2.60m and height 2.90m receives a sofa bed (2 adult beds) type RAPIDO, allowing rapid deployment without removal of a any element of the sofa and with a mattress of very suitable thickness and sufficiently firm. This seating area is equipped with a 109 diagonal television. This living room also receives a spacious dressing room with mirrors in feet.
- A mezzanine bedroom accessible by an authentic staircase and stone staircase from the 17th century. This room is equipped with a large 160 by 200 bed with high-end mattress and quality lingerie. This room has full lighting:
- natural by a roof window equipped with a remote-controlled solar roller shutter and equipped with an internal blackout blind,
- artificial with ambient lighting, bedside lamp, headboard lighting, individual reading light and decorative lighting for the roof window hopper).
- A high-end bathroom with suspended WC and spacious shower (see photos).

- The original stone staircase of this apartment ends with a very relaxing and very bright "Dovecote" space which overlooks the roofs .
