Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The property is beautiful, spacious, and very well heated. The location is stunning, set in a farm environment with great contact with nature, which makes the stay very pleasant and relaxing.
Negative: We were unexpectedly asked to pay a security deposit around 20 hours before check-in, which had not been mentioned previously. Although we refused and did not pay, it caused some discomfort before arrival. The barbecue shown in the photos was not readily available and had to be requested in advance; additionally, we were informed shortly before check-in of a €25 cleaning fee if we wished to use it. The electric vehicle charger had been out of order for about a week, but we were only informed upon arrival, which affected our travel plans. The shower water was lukewarm and the temperature fluctuated. The shower gel dispenser was empty, and the amount of toilet paper provided was insufficient.
Summary: A beautiful property in a stunning natural setting, but let down by avoidable communication issues
