When you first enter the open-concept main living area, you will find a giant great room with a 85 inch tv and surround sound, as well as a 20 foot glass sliding door that leads out to the lanai. The gournmet kitchen includes a huge island as well as a separate wet bar. There is an eat-in breakfast table in the kitchen that seats 4.
In addition, there is a formal dining room with seating for 8, as well as a den/office with french glass doors, desk and chair, tv, and 2 chair seating area across from the desk - these rooms are on your left and right, respectively, when you walk in the front door.

Send the kids (or adults) to the upstairs giant bonus space that has 75 inch tv with surround sound, a large sectional and ottoman, 2 sofa chairs, as well as foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, Xbox and classic Arcade games. The bonus room has it's own full bathroom so you can enjoy the upstairs for hours on end.
Outside, you will find an incredible oasis. Surrounding it is indoor-like, incredibly comfortable, sectional seating area.
Most importantly, you will find a spa-like pool area. The pool features a sun shelf on one end with 3 water loungers and 2 bubblers, as well as 3 raised columns with spillovers. The raised spa features a stairstep spillway. with a pretty view of the sunset. Both have a beautiful view of the lake. The entire lanai is protected by a panoramic screen/cage.
