Enjoy the serenity of nature and privacy of an entire home within a mile of shopping, restaurants, bars, and nature parks. The house is comfortable and quiet with beautiful woodsy views from several rooms. Child-friendly and pets welcome. Just 30 minutes from downtown Jax, beaches, St Augustine, and the Mayo clinic. 45 minutes to JIA and Fernandina Beach.
The space
This is an updated 80's style ranch home situated in a quiet, older, established neighborhood on a wooded lot with nature views all around. There is an outside deck that is partially covered and a firepit. Inside there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large laundry room and a wood burning fireplace.
