Now with a new tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard/ basketball court built in 2019 for your scheduled use. Also, we have a golf range, bring your clubs and some balls, and hit away up to 240 yards: granite countertops, a large master shower, a fireplace, outdoor shower. You will go out on the patio and have the most beautiful lake right before you. We just screened in the patio and expanded with a new deck so you can enjoy the view inside the screened area or outside on the new deck. Fish for bass from your private beach or head to the country club for golf. The Mall is just down the street as well. Beaches are 8 miles away.
If you have a dog, the world-famous Walton Rocks dog beach is just 15 minutes away, your dogs can play on the beach without leashes with all the other dogs. This house is just unbelievable, you will not be disappointed.
