New Listing! This new 3 bedroom + den, 3 bathroom lakefront pool home is located in the Resort Style community of The Villages of Verdana. Luxury welcomes you when you enter this gorgeous home. High end furniture both inside and outside, wood looking tile throughout, a gorgeous fully equipped gourmet kitchen with island seating. The dining is off the kitchen and features very comfortable reclining chairs, and the table is extendable to accommodate more guests when entertaining.
The living coffee table has been delivered, but no updated pictures yet. The covered lanai offers a comfortable seating area (coffee table is ordered), additional outdoor dining and two lounge chairs on the pool deck, and for the ultimate relaxation two pool loungers on the tanning ledge of the heated pool with spa!
A King bed and smart TV in the oversized primary bedroom. The en-suite bathroom features dual sinks, soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower. Custom walk-in closet with plenty room for your suitcases.
The guest suite is equipped with a queen size bed, TV and a walk-in shower in the en-suite bathroom. A queen size bed and TV in the third bedroom. The den is set up as an office with a desk and a twin daybed which includes a twin pull-out. A shower-tub combo in the third bathroom.
