Enjoy the peaceful mountain getaway you’ve been dreaming of in this luxury resort home! Amenities include an in-home private movie theater, hot tub, pool table, and two wood burning fireplaces (one inside and one outside). We also have a whole house generator wired to kick on automatically in the event of a power outage, so you’ll never be left in the dark. It can happen quite often in the mountains.
The Bear Lake Reserve community offers two outdoor pools, a water slide, two hot tubs, beach, boat rentals, hiking trails, tennis courts, and a Nicklaus designed golf course. There is also a full service restaurant and bar on site, at the Lake Club.
Mountain views are seasonal. During the spring and summer, you’ll feel like you're staying high up in a tree house surrounded by green and all the privacy you could ask for. Mountains are visible in fall and winter.
This kid friendly home is packed full of board games, puzzles, toys, books, a video baby monitor, Pack n Play, and high chair for use during your stay. All bathrooms are also equipped with child toilet seats and step stools. Up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional cleaning fee.
Bunk bed featuring two twin mattresses is located in the downstairs common area, along with the movie screen, theater chairs and pool table.

Venture out to the nearby towns of Sylva, Dillsboro, Cashiers or Waynesville for great restaurants and craft breweries. Or, head up to Bryson City for a scenic ride on a vintage steam train! The closest ski resorts are Sapphire and Cataloochee.
