Welcome to this brand new villa is located in the desirable new subdivision of Hidden Forest, only 15 min from Disney and 5 min from all stores (24/7 Walmart nearby) and all main restaurant chains. Close your eyes and imagine! You will LOVE the open-feel, the Modern-style cabinets in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, pots and pans, fridge, microwave, oven, stove, air fryer...). It sleeps up to 8 guests. All rooms have smart tv's with cable. The kitchen and living room have direct view and access to the pool area. There is a Mickey Mouse queen bedroom downstairs with ensuite. Upstairs you will enjoy the huge master bedroom (king with ensuite) and the Mickey & Friends theme with ensuite (two bunk beds). There is a den with a couch for you to enjoy some me-time or work-study in your own space. Your reservation also gives you complimentary access to the clubhouse (gym, heated pool and spa, kids playground, game room). Book it or you may lose it. This property is going to be extremely popular. it sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. *Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

Summary: The property was very nice for a family of 5. We traveled from Canada to visit the theme parks for the week. Unfortunately during our stay, Hurricane Milton happened. We had to stay in the house for two days. The house was very clean and looks like the photos. The beds we are a little stiff, the master bedroom was the best, as it seemed to have a topper on it. But this is a personal preference. The kids bathroom shower tap was reverse. Hot was cold and cold was hot, took us time to figure that out. As other people mentioned, there is no where in the main showers to put your stuff except for on the ground of the shower. Would be nice if there was a small shower caddy in them. There were some basic supplies to clean, but One other item that the owner should have is a small bottle of all purpose cleaning spray. Would be helpful for visitors to have that during their stay with all the glass tables. The pool was really nice for the kids when we came back in the evening. We did not pay for heating the pool, as we are used to cold water from being from Winnipeg. Location was good. A bit tucked away, but the neighbour hood was really nice. Walmart and restaurants were close by. Disney was 25 minute drive and universal was about 45 minutes away. We did not use the club house, but did check it out. There was a nice pool, hot tub, gym and a games room. Communication was really good with the property management. We would stay there again if we visit again.
