The kitchen-dining room is a time machine to an era of black and white tiled floor, glass-tiled wall, double cast-iron porcelain sink, custom cabinetry, mid-century table and chairs, and a view of the Otsquago Creek. Granite counters, stove, dishwasher, microwave and a full complement of utensils provide everything for our culinary guests.
The living room is mid-century modern with a shabby chic flare featuring rustic barn-wood wainscoting, period furnishings and a large television for streaming and select cable features. The bathroom on the first floor is newly refurbished with glass tile, a sink/vanity, and bathtub/shower, and black and white checkered floor. A washer dryer combination is also housed in the bath.
The secluded backyard provides a private setting accompanied by the rippling water of the Otsquago Creek, a protected trout stream just downstream from a state-operated fish hatchery.
