Guest Access:
Key Collection and Access Instructions
For your security, the property has 24/7 security. Upon arrival, please inform the guard at the gate that you are a guest staying in apartment 602.
To get your keys:
After registering with the guard, access will be granted. Your apartment and elevator keys are located in the apartment lockbox on the 6th floor.
Access code will be provide 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Once you are inside the apartment, you will find the parking pass for your car. The property offers covered parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Studio Apartment Access and Amenities
You'll have access to the entire studio apartment during your stay.
Pool access:
To access it, you will need to use your elevator key, enjoy a peaceful spot to unwind after exploring the east coast.
Elevator Key:
Only one elevator key is provided for the duration of your stay. Please keep it safe, as it is a special key issued by the Administration.
If lost, it may take time to replace and will result in a replacement charge.
Parking Pass:
A parking pass will be provided at check-in. It must be visibly displayed on the vehicle's rearview mirror at all times and returned upon departure.
Failure to return the pass may result in a replacement fee.

- The apartment is on the 6th floor. There is an elevator.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside or outside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules results in a $500 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 9 pm. Occupancy and noise limits are strictly enforced. Fines can reach up to $1,000 per violation. Please respect the neighbors.
- Lost key replacement fee is $300.
- Additional charges will be incurred for lost or damaged towels (due to makeup or other stains) and damaged or missing bed sheets.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
