We fell in love with this property for many reasons, the major ones being the ability to disconnect and enjoy what's going on in front of us, the ability to look up and see the stars, and the ability to hear nature. We hope you get to enjoy this home for the serenity it has to offer. Beyond those major factors the property is located 5 miles from the World Equestrian Center (WEC 10 min drive) and is completely fenced & gated, sitting on 5 acres with sprawling lawns and trees. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a split floor plan. There is an oversized kitchen to accommodate all of your needs from a coffee bar to a double oven, and even an extra ice maker. The kitchen looks out onto the patio and pool area and is open to the dining room as well as the living room giving it a very open and connected feel. The living room has an oversized couch that sits everyone this is a great place to come together and relax. The game room is a separate space great for kids or adults to enjoy, there is ping pong, darts, air hockey, board games, PS3, a smart TV, and a bathroom. The game room isn't the only thing to entertain yourself with, the home also has a beautiful screened-in pool area that's newly renovated and a grill. A playground with slides, swings, and a climbing wall as well as a basketball hoop which just adds to the list of activities to keep you busy.
The property is great for people traveling with a large RV, boat, or trailer of any kind, you can drive into the property and turn around completely in the front driveway area if needed.
The home also can accommodate guests who need a wheelchair or who need more space. Please let us know if anyone coming needs a ramp placed at the front door. The master bedroom, bathroom, and laundry entrances have all been widened to accommodate a wheelchair if needed. The master bathroom has grab rails in the the shower as well as out of the shower. There are grab rails in the guest shower as well. There is a step to get into the shower. There are a few places a wheelchair cannot access: The game room, the two smaller bedrooms, and the guest bathroom, due to the angle of the doorway and entry to the rooms a wheelchair can't fit in these rooms.
