We do not accept immediate bookings or short term rentals. This is our winter home, not a business. Please send an inquiry to owner for specific rates and time periods. Please include information about yourselves...that 1 guest is 55 or over (will need to show HOA proof), some background, reason for visiting Vero. Thank you.
Lovely sandy beach with overlook deck and patio seating areas. Large heated oceanfront pool with tables, deck chairs, hot shower. Shuffleboard and Bocci Courts. Large, comfortable beachside Clubhouse with a lending library, living room, sitting room, and paneled den with pool table. Fabulous views of the ocean from screened veranda.
Our spacious (1000 sq ft) condo has a large bedroom opening to lanai that has a side view of ocean and is framed with palm trees. A modern kitchen, 1 full bath with tub/shower in master bedroom and a half bath in hallway. The living room windows look out on a planted courtyard and palms. Large closets. The condo is on the 3rd floor (top) near elevator and laundry room.
It is fully furnished with Cable TV, DVD player, all utensils, linens, etc. It can sleep 2 in the bedroom with California King. The maximum # of guests is 2.
Space for 1 car is included in assigned spot by condo. We are 2 miles from the Island village shopping area and 3 miles from mainland Vero Beach. There is nearby Riverside park with major theater, art museum, tennis and more. It is the perfect place to relax or enjoy activities. An hour drive from Palm Beach and 1:30 from Orlando. Breeze Airways flies directly into Vero airport, 10 minutes from condo.
The rate changes depending on the month and length of visit. There is no way to indicate that on the rate/calendar section. The monthly rate for May-September is $1400 plus electricity, October $1400, November $1500. $70 cleaning, $200 HOA application fee paid directly to HOA.. Security deposit $500, returned 1 week after leaving.
