Located in Key Colony Beach, this immaculate three bedroom, three bath house is furnished in classic Keys decor. Tropical landscaping and pristine views will leave you feeling right at home in our tropical paradise. On The Rocks is perfect for a family getaway or even a fishing retreat! 30+ foot of available dockage and plenty of room to park a trailer. With an approx. 100 ft. wide beautiful canal with deep water draft and quick access to open water, this home can easily accommodate a wide range of guests. On The Rocks legally accommodates up to 6 individuals; with 1 king in master, 1 guest queen and 2 Twin Beds in the other guest room.
The open back yard and is a great place to relax and enjoy the cool breezes of the Florida Straits. Outside you will find a canal and breathtaking views of the water. Lawn chairs are situated here, so take in the scenery and watch as boat traffic flows by. 30+ ft. water frontage w/pilings make it a breeze to dock your boat with access to both water and electricity. A fish cleaning station and bait freezer make it ideal for fishing. If you have to do a little work, the house is equipped with free wifi.
The canal is deep-water and channels are clearly marked so that you can easily make your way out to sea. This is a boaters dream. Sand flats are situated right outside of Key Colony Beach`s waterway, providing a wonderfully rich area to explore via kayak (available easily for rental, delivered to the property!) There is a boat ramp nearby and room enough for off street parking, so be sure to bring your boat or other toys!
Membership to the Cabana Club is included with rental when staying at the On The Rocks. Situated just down the street, you will be only a short stroll away from a 65 foot heated swimming pool and a perfectly manicured stretch of beach. A cocktail lounge, snack bar, and game room are also included for your amusement, along with shower and changing facilities.
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.
