YOUR SPACE
You’re sure to be feeling excitement and eager anticipation as you pull onto the
expansive driveway at the front of this impressive house in Miami. Able to park right
outside the front door, there won’t be far at all to wheel your bags into this most
sophisticated of homes that’s sure to make you feel relaxed and welcomed for however

OPEN CONCEPT LIVING / DINING / KITCHEN AREA
Catering for the contemporary preference of having a large, multi-purpose living space,
this house gives you an open concept room in which you can cook, eat and relax. The
living area sports an expansive sofa that invites you to sit back and relax after your
journey. Three different sections of the sofa can be adjusted to different angles so you
can recline and relax as you wish. Be sure to grab the remote and flick on the flatscreen
TV, one of 6 smart TVs in the house, all of which give you access to Netflix, Direct TV
and Hula.
Maybe you’re hungry after your journey and have stopped off at the store to stock up on
your favorite food and drink. You’ll find plenty of storage space in the modern kitchen
with a large fridge freezer and many cabinets. And there’s an array of stainless steel

4 BEDROOMS
