Summary: I would not rent from this company . The process was easy to follow to get in. But when we called to tell the company that the TV in the living room was broke that the garbage disposal was broke and the hot tub didn’t work. They never answered the first 2 times, then we they did they could not have been more rude. All we wanted was to let them know about a few deficiencies. The woman from the company was rude and kept talking over us, she said that we did not pay extra for heating of the hot tub. There is no where in the contract where we saw this. Needless to say I would not rent from this agency.
