Summary: OttoH Charm offered a lovely, reasonably large room with a very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and blankets, a large clean bathroom with very modern fixtures. The A/C worked great. There was a walkout onto a patio that was shared with the next room. Two chairs on the patio but no table so it wasn't very useful and the chairs seem to be indoor chairs, not comfortable patio type chairs. The room also had a refrigerator. The only downsides were that the room was poorly lit as there was no overhead lighting, but with the curtains open, it got lighter. Our coffee machine did not seem to work well but we were on the ground floor where there was a coffee machine in the little lobby. There was only espresso, no coffee creamer. There was a great water machine in the lobby for cold or hot filtered water. The location was very good, close to areas with restaurants, and other activities. We enjoyed our stay there. The only other slight downside is that there is no personal contact with the staff. There is no one on site. That's probably fine, but it would be nice to see someone when you arrive. We saw no staff at all during our two night stay, but they did go into the room to make the bed and clean so we know that cleaning staff were there.
