Positive: It was very close to everything.. The house is very spacious.. The neighbor was very nice. They do have a lot of beach items to take with you; however, a lot of them are broken and need to be replaced.
Negative: It smelled like a dog. It does need to be sprayed for insects. Also for visits over 2 days, you need to have enough supplies to make it through the weeks. It did not have a lot of kitchen items. We had to buy pots and pans to cook with. There were no forks.
Summary: We definitely enjoyed ourselves
