Set in the idyllic and centrally located Naples neighborhood of Park Shore, this home is artfully decorated and equipped with all of the ingredients for a peaceful beach lifestyle! The large lushly landscaped lot accommodates both a screened lanai with pool and hot tub as well as yard space, both complete with gently swaying palms above. Inside, a split floor plan places two guest bedrooms on the east side of the house with a shared bath and the master suite on the west side. Between them, the open concept kitchen, dining area, living room and den flow together with lots of natural light. A half bath/powder room and the laundry room with full size washer and dryer are located at the front of the house and the 2-car garage provides space for parking 1 guest vehicle and storage of the beach chairs and umbrellas, all included. The ultimate bonus of living in Park Shore is access to the private Park Shore Beach Park, offering free parking and restrooms, located less than a mile from the house! Also within walking distance, you will find Starbuck?s, Fresh Market as well as many other conveniences along US 41. Bike and boat rentals are available nearby for exploring the scenic tree-lined roads and tranquil waterways - a stay at Park Shore Retreat is truly an escape to paradise with all the comforts of home!
