The space
My stylish apartment has been newly renovated and furnished in fresh white with delightful colorful accents. It’s in the centre of popular historic Rottingdean Village and perfect for up to five guests. There’s an open plan living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a large bathroom. There’s a double sofa bed in the living room which comfortably sleeps one guest. On the front driveway there’s parking for one car.
This peaceful apartment, at the end of a lane, has the advantage of step free access. Coming in through the front door, brings you into the bright entrance hallway which leads into the large living/dining room which has a comfortable corner sofa bed with chaise, opposite the smart TV. A wonderful space to relax, unwind and enjoy a glass of wine. The dining table with seating for five is the perfect space to enjoy a meal or relax with a morning coffee and plan your day.
There’s a well equipped kitchen. Here you will have use of an electric oven and gas hob, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. There’s a separate utility area with a washing machine.
There will be some complimentary tea/coffee in my apartment (sorry, no coffee machine). I hope this will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! If you wish to purchase more supplies for your stay there are many local supermarkets within a 5 minute walk.
The beautiful rear view master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a seating area with a small sofa and a perfect laptop space with chair.
The peaceful second bedroom also has a double bed and rear view over the patio. The perfect place for a good night’s sleep.
The newly fitted family bathroom is a lovely room which consists of a bath with shower over, a basin and WC.
We provide fresh white bedding and towels as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Access is via the front door onto the driveway.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am afraid highchair requests cannot be met).

Noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm-9am. If we have complaints from neighbours you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
