The interior of the home has been completely remodeled with coastal contemporary design and has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining room at the heart of the home as you enter. The layout is ideal for families and large groups as there are also two ground floor den spaces offering the option for some separation - one is set up as a cozy, bright game room and the other as a cocktail lounge space with seating for four. All five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located upstairs and three of them have direct balcony access. The upstairs also has an office space with a desk set up to provide a workstation.
