Summary: Penzion Paloucek was a fabulous home base during my visit to Prague. The staff were friendly, courteous, thoughtful, and patient with my attempts to speak a little Czech. I was grateful they were able to accommodate my dietary requirement, purchasing local gluten free bread so I enjoyed the full breakfast spread like other visitors. I appreciated the peaceful Scandinavian style rooms. I was thankful to have the kitchenette to prepare some meals during my week stay there. Perfect location! Near several tram stops and the train. Easily walkable to the city center if you are up for that jaunt. When I return to Prague, I will return to the Penzion Paloucek.
