There is a small fee of $15/night to have our pool company turn the pool heater on for your stay. This is only available for the entirety of your stay, and we will send the request once you have completed your booking. The pool heater is able to be set up to a maximum of 80 degrees.
Please note that this is a smoke-free home, and that parties or gatherings over and above the stated maximum # of allowed guests, are strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $400 fee.
Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a fee of $100/hour.
