The nearby at the dining table and kitchen island provides additional seating for ten more.

Craft your favorite brunch meal or cocktail in the fully-equipped kitchen with ample counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. You'll find all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create even the most complex of recipes. HOUSE AMENITIES
This home features a full-size washer and dryer on the first floor so you won't have to worry about packing any dirty clothes for the trip home.
Soleil provides an initial starter set of toiletries that includes paper towels, dishwasher soap and liquid dish soap for the kitchen, toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap for each bathroom, and laundry soap for the washer and dryer.

PARKING
Guests may park up to three vehicles in the driveway of the home depending on the size of the vehicles. Street parking is not permitted. Some overflow parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis near the entrance to the neighborhood.

If you do want to venture away from the home's ample supply of things to do, head a few minutes east to Pier Park, the area's 900,000 square foot shopping and entertainment hub. Enjoy a game of tennis at Frank Brown Park, or do some fishing at the St. Andrew's State Park. This home's prime location ensures easy access to the pristine white sand beaches of PCB by way of public beach access 66, convenient access to shopping, grocery stores, local attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonder Works, and a huge array of dining options as well as ice cream and candy shops within walking distance. For a night of arcade games, racing go-carts or mini-golf, take the family for a quick car ride to Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center.
