Summary: We had a fine stay. The location is very good. Staff is kind, but does not speak English very good. A bit annoying that the front door is locked in the middle of the day, and you have to use a code. The code changes every saturday, so if your stay extends over Saturday, remember to ask for a new code, you're not given this automatically, but must ask yourself. So there is a risk for being looked out.
