The master bedroom is light and spacious, featuring a queen bed, ample closet space, a TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, located on the opposite side of the unit, also includes a queen bed and ample closet space. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination and comes stocked with bath, hand, and face towels, along with a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and a hairdryer.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for both short and extended stays, including all main appliances and smaller ones such as a Keurig and regular coffee machines, toaster, blender, kettle, and more. The dining table seats four and can also serve as a workspace if needed. Alternatively, relax on the sofa, kick your feet up, and enjoy a movie or your favorite show after exploring the local area or enjoying the community pool.
For sunny beach days, we provide beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella. The laundry room in the kitchen features a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The minimum rental period in this community is 90 days. A non-refundable processing fee of $100 is included in the booking fee. A refundable security deposit of $700 (for stays of 3 to 6 months) is also included in your booking fee. For rentals longer than 6 months, a higher security deposit may apply. We cannot confirm your booking until the application is approved by the association. If the application is not approved, your payment, minus the $100 application fee, will be refunded.
Guests will have access to the entire condo (there is one locked owners closet), and access to the community pools.
We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available via your booking app or by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will be a comprehensive house manual at the property as well as online and we will send your check in details and directions a few days before your arrival date.

This home is a private residential community and we ask that you respect the neighbors and community. Please keep noise down before 8am & after 10pm.
No pets allowed.
We know you will be considerate but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.
