Launch your boat at the public ramp less than one mile away, and tie it up to the home's private 2 level boat dock (note: boat lift is for owners use only). Water at the dock is NEVER shallow at an average depth of 45+ feet deep! Awesome panoramic views of the beautiful Texas sunsets from windows, decks, and dock. Our home is located on the best strip of shoreline at PK. Our location on the north side of the peninsula is sheltered from the higher winds...which means less wind chop...perfect for skiing, boarding, tubing, etc right in front of the dock! You won't find a better spot for water sports!
Inside the home you will find a newly renovated and fully appointed kitchen with huge picture window views, large island, granite, gas cooktop, farmhouse sink, commercial size fridge/freezer and extra-long family dining table that seats 10! Patio doors open to huge terraced decks with bbq grill, outside dinning table, multiple seating areas, porch swing & gas fire table. Plenty of areas to relax! Family room has soaring beamed ceilings, a ceramic log fireplace, and plenty of seating to enjoy the gorgeous views of the lake. It also features a large screen smart TV, bar height table, oversized couch, swivel rocking chairs, foosball & plenty of games to keep you entertained.

-2 bedrooms with queen beds that share 1 full size bathroom across the hallway
-1 bedroom with king bed and in suite bathroom
-Loft: Teens and tweens will love the 2nd story sleeping loft overlooking the family room, with double bed, 2 twin beds and smart TV. A full size bath is located off the family room right downstairs from the loft for easy access.
Just steps from the front door is the new detached bunkhouse with sleeping for 5 with full size bathroom.

This is a great home for memorable stays with family and friends! Public boat ramp, watercraft rentals, hiking/biking trails, restaurants, convenience store, and really nicely stocked grocery store (The Trading Post) all located less than a mile from the home for the ultimate in convenience.
