This 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom single family heated pool home located in Kings Lake of Naples, Florida. The home along with the bedrooms and bathrooms includes a large driveway for parking, 2 indoor dining areas, a family room with a vaulted ceiling, a living room, kitchen, laundry room and a spectacular outdoor lanai including an outdoor kitchen and TV. There is a very large covered and screened pool deck along with a pool and a below ground spa with a stream connecting to the pool
The Space:
Kings Lake is very close to Sugden Regional Park and Lake Avalon, the Bayshore Arts and Dining District as well as downtown Naples and beaches. The community is a well established tree lined community with a variety of architecture and friendly residents.
Upon entering the home you will have a hall way leading to 3 sets of bedrooms and 1 of the bathrooms on the right. On the left you come immediately into the living room and dining room. There is a 6 top dining set and the living room adjacent has a large screen TV and plenty of furniture to relax. From here you can go either into the main bedroom or the kitchen. The main bedroom is quite large and faces the back of the home and you will be able to see the large lake behind the home and you can enter the pool deck by opening up the sliding doors. There is a large en suite main bathroom as well. There is a King bed in this room along with a TV, new furniture has been ordered and will be all set up by January 2022.
The kitchen has a bar height counter and is opened up to the eat in dining set with seating for 4 and the family room. You will have multiple choices of coffee makers along with other small electronics and service for 8. The family room, which is entering with about a 6" step down is the coziest part of the home with its large vaulted ceilings and wood paneled walls and there is multiple french doors leading to the pool deck and the outdoor kitchen area.
The fourth bedroom is only accessed from the family room and requires a step of about 6" to get into it. This bedroom has a King sized bed. The second and third bedrooms can be accessed from both the family room and a hallway dont require a step to access them. The second and third bedrooms both have Queen beds and they share a full sized bathroom which has dual sinks in the vanity and a large tiled, walk in, shower. The home comes with 4 foldable camping style beach chairs and 1 beach bag and 1 beach cooler.
Kings Lake is a wonderful community with tree lined streets and a big variety of homes that is super close to lots of fun things to do in the Naples area. A few great places to eat that are close by is Celebration Park where they have a big open bar and a variety of food trucks, 21 Spices Indian Cuisine, Texas Tony's Ribs, Fish 41 and so much more! Take the kids to Coral Cay Mini Golf or any of our beaches off every Avenue in Downtown Naples.
