This large stunning vacation home set in the prestigious retreat of Legacy Park and features three master suites, games room, and 28ft private pool with a fantastic conservation view. It has space for up to twelve guests across it's five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The Villa offers our guests executive accommodation only 15-20 minutes drive from Disney and only 25 minutes drive from Universal and International drive so it's right in the thick of all the action, yet the home is still located in a peaceful and tranquil setting. The villa just oozes Luxury in every single room and is simply the perfect choice for your holiday.
After a fun packed exhausting day at Disney or Universal you will be able to unwind in the comfort of this luxuriously furnished Villa. You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private 28ft heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom, all overlooking the conservation area with stunning views of the open woodlands beyond which makes it nice and secluded.
The whole villa is fully air conditioned. The living room has a new 60" wall-mounted TV with Soundbar and Blueray DVD player. The family room also has a large wall-mounted flat screen TV, complete with Bluray player. Cable TV is available on the flat screen TVs in the home. WI FI internet access is available at no extra cost, just remember to bring your laptop or tablet.
Meal times will be stress free in the large fully fitted kitchen with all the modern equipment you will need including large fridge/freezer with water and ice-cube dispenser, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, grill, blender. Everything you could need to put your culinary skills to work. For those who enjoy formal dining, there is a separate furnished dining area that seats eight - perfect for a relaxing meal with friends or family after a long day.
The villa has one huge master suite furnished with a comfy king size bed, large wall-mounted 47" flat screen TV with bluray payer. The room is complete with large en suite including toilet, large bath, shower enclosure and twin sinks. It also has a large walk in closet.
The other two master bedrooms are complete with Queen size beds, large wall-mounted flat screen TV's and en suite bathrooms including toilet, bath with shower and sinks. For guests with restricted mobility one of the master bedrooms is situated on the ground floor.
The two twin bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds, wall-mounted flat screen TV's and DVD players. All are close to the upstairs family bathroom which has a toilet, bath with shower and single sink. To accommodate two guests there is also a double sofa bed in the game room so it is possible for the villa to sleep up to 12 guests in total.
For child safety the pool door is complete with a child alarm. You could enjoy a relaxing drink and unwind around your very own private heated pool and spa, complete with patio furniture, luxury sun loungers and pool bathroom, all overlooking the fantastic conservation area.
Pool and Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is £160 per week for both. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of £130.
