Summary: Location is excellent, within easy walking distance to downtown. Area seems safe and quiet. Nice touches like providing toiletries, utensils, cookware, and a few treats were a pleasant surprise. The home is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen making the space very inviting. As far as cleanliness goes, it is in need of a deep clean and some maintenance. Accumulation of dust, dirt and hair in the corners, baseboards etc. Clogged sink. Splatter on bathroom wall, soiled plunger/brush. Slider door has no curtain/blinds and some doors do not close. Minor fixes but if you can over look them you will love this place.
