Newly updated Kings Lake Pool home located just 10 minutes to the beach. The private backyard has sun exposure all day. Six sun loungers, umbrella, dining table. Covered/shade area features outdoor seating with beautiful view of the pool and backyard.
This vacation dream home features an open floor plan. Master bedroom and two guest bedrooms are separated with kitchen and living room in between.
Newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops. New stainless steel appliances with induction cooking stove. A wet bar with a wine cooler in the family room is an added bonus. Electric Grill outside with sink. Mediterranean style travertine tile flooring throughout living area with bamboo wood floors in the bedrooms.
Huge paver lanai with pool. The garden looks like a tropical resort. Pool is heated and temperature is adjustable.
* Master bedroom is located on the north wing of the house with huge bathroom. Walk-in shower, double sink vanity, toilet and walk-in closet. King size bed, nightstands, dresser and cable TV as well as direct access to patio and pool. Guest bedrooms are located on the west wind of the house.
* Guest bedroom 1: Two twin beds with nightstands, dresser, walk-in closet and cable TV.
* Guest bedroom 2: Two twin beds with nightstands, closet and access to the pool.
The guest bathroom is located next to the adjacent guest bedrooms. This bathroom features a door to access from the pool area. It has a soaking tub/shower combination, toilet and vanity.
A third bathroom is located close to the kitchen. It has a vanity and toilet.
Living room features a large flat screen TV, plenty of seating.
There is a bar-style seating and dining table in the kitchen.
Complementary WiFi and cable TV.
We allow tenants to change the set pool temperature but keep in mind that the winter weather in Florida can be cold and the pool temperature ultimately depends on the weather and not only a pool heating system. Especially with cold wind for example. Pool heater will start early in the morning so that there is enough time for the water to heat up for your morning swim.
No pool security fence! Parents must assume all risks.
