Property has a artificial grass area where you may host an event up to 30 people, ( events are not part of regular cleaning) , the extensive tiky area over the swim jacuzzy for 12 people make this a very desirable area to enjoy, or even play golf next to the pool.
No smoking in the house, no fireworks near the Tiky bar, car must park ONLY in driveway, pets allowed. Any events of over 12 people must be disclosed or booking shall be cancelled.
