This brand new luxuriously appointed and architecturally designed. The most drop dead amazing views all the way up and down the Coral coast - including the crystal clear blue lagoon. A huge swimming pool for adults and kids which includes a deep diving area at the front and a long shallow lap part for younger kids, and for swimming 20 metre lengths. Perfect for both families, couples and groups.

Separate Laundry room at the back of the house with large washing and dryer. Also has the 3rd toilet for the maid or people using the laundry
3 toilets - 3rd toilet is in the laundry/maids quarter. 3rd shower is the outdoor one.

5 resorts within 2-10 minutes drive. Including golf, beautiful restaurants, gym, pools, etc. As long as you buy a drink or eat you can use resort facilities. We recommend you visit the Naviti (2km away) or Warwick (8km) away, or Outrigger (14mins away)
Highly recommend a visit to the amazing waterfall and a visit to Kula Wildlife Park, both about a 14 min drive away.
Excellent snorkeling and white sand beach a 10 min walk away
Excellent surfing out from of Hideaway resort a 5 min drive away
1 hour and 20 minute drive to Nadi. Approx $120 Fijian ($60 USD) in a Taxi, Or $200 for a Van Transfer (max 10 people), Or rent a car from "Budget" car rentals at the airport. You can always taxi to the house, then rent a car locally, or get a taxi or mini van locally to drive you around.

Unlike beachfront properties we don’t get many mosquitos - however we have nets fitted to all windows.

Special Notes / Conditions
The nightly rate includes a cook/cleaner for 8 hours per day who lives off site and will do anything you need to make your stay as perfect as possible. Duties include - cleaning, cooking, washing, go shopping for your food, babysitting, tour guide, etc. The staff member on duty will be available between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm throughout your entire stay (excluding Sundays which are day off). After hours work or additional hours can be negotiated and paid directly with the staff member on duty at a rate of $10 Fijian per hour. (approx $5 USD per hour).
A Refundable Cash Security Bond or Credit Card Details in lieu of a Security Bond may be requested by the Property Owner or Manager prior to checkin.
