Enter through the courtyard into a tropical paradise with a large heated in-ground pool, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, and a sprawling yard surrounded by palm trees and dotted with native american chickee huts.

The North Star guest house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 (king size bed) opens up directly onto the pool deck and has an ensuite bathroom with a steam shower and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 (king size bed) and Bedroom 3 (two twin beds) share a bathroom with tub and shower. This house has a galley kitchen with an electric stovetop, microwave/convection oven, a full sized refrigerator and freezer, and a washer and dryer.
The South Star guest house has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full bed) and 1 bathroom. There are two large living rooms with tons of comfortable seating, a dining area, and a true chef’s kitchen with Viking appliances including a 6 burner gas stovetop, two ovens, an icemaker, and a beverage fridge.

Guests will have access to the entire property except the upper level of the tall chickee, the gated mechanical area adjacent the bathroom chickee, and the owner's structure in the rear of the yard.
