Spacious 4 bedroom 2 full bath home with central air in a great family neighborhood, perfect for long walks or kids’ biking. Sleeps total of 10, 8 adults max. Downtown Newport is minutes away. Fully fenced private backyard with inground Gunite POOL, two patio sets/lounge chairs and gas grill, perfect for backyard barbecues and casual entertaining.
Plenty of space for extended family or two families, with king bed master, two twin bedrooms, queen bedroom on lower level, 5th sleeping area with daybed/pull out twin trundle. Living room and large eat in kitchen on main level, oversized family room with small office area on lower level. Wifi throughout. Smart TV.
BlueHaven has a very desirable location, just a quick walk across the neighborhood to 1st/Easton's Beach, a great family beach with extensive amenities. Easy bike ride to 2nd/Sachuest Beach, or Third Beach. For the kids, there is a wonderful ballfield area and playground just diagonally across the street and through the hedges.
