While Crystal Beach itself isn't your typical swim beach, we encourage you to embrace our charming location by relishing the breathtaking sunsets at our local park. Crystal Beach is a peaceful, small coastal community, and you can take a leisurely 3-block stroll west from the property to reach the Gulf of Mexico. Even though it may not feature the classic white sand swim beach, it offers a tranquil spot with park benches for water enthusiasts to unwind. If you're seeking white sand beaches and superb swimming opportunities, we highly recommend a visit to Clearwater Beach or Honeymoon Island, both accessible within a 15-30 minute drive. These areas are renowned for their gorgeous beaches and provide the perfect conditions for a refreshing swim.
**Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee special requests for early check-ins or late check-outs. Our dedicated cleaning crew adheres to a strict schedule based on our advertised times to ensure that the property is meticulously cleaned and sanitized for each reservation. However, if the property happens to be available before 4 PM, we'll promptly notify you about the opportunity for an early check-in. In the meantime, we can recommend exciting nearby beaches and restaurants for you to explore while you wait.
**Pool Heating: During the winter months, the pool is heated for your comfort. The pool heater is configured to maintain a temperature between 76-78 degrees. Please bear in mind that if the outside temperature is cooler, particularly at night, the pool may not reach the set temperature. Our pool operates using a heat pump system, which means it may take several hours in the morning to reach the desired temperature. Additionally, the pool water temperature can be influenced by the local weather conditions, and it may be cooler during the winter months. In such cases, the spa is a wonderful alternative, as the pool water may be too chilly for swimming on colder days.
**Events and Parties: Regrettably, we do not permit parties or events, including bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, or birthday parties. If any such gathering is observed at the property, the reservation will be immediately cancelled without a refund. Our property is located within a tranquil community, and we strictly adhere to noise regulations, particularly after 10 PM, in accordance with Pinellas County STR guidelines. The Pool/Lounge/Bar area is available for our guests' enjoyment until 10 PM.
**Booking Requirements: Third-party bookings are not allowed. The individual who initiates the booking must be present at check-in and stay for the entire duration of the reservation. The guest responsible for the reservation is also required to provide the names of all guests who will be at the property during the reservation. To make a booking, guests must be at least 25 years old, and we reserve the right to request identification from any guest. We also do not rent to local residents without prior approval. When submitting a booking request, kindly specify the purpose of your visit to the Crystal Beach area, as we want to ensure our property aligns with your vacation plans.
**Visitor Policy: External visitors are not permitted on the property. Only guests listed on the reservation (up to a maximum of 14) are allowed. We are committed to verifying and monitoring the number of guests at the property. However, there are wonderful nearby locations such as local parks, beaches, and restaurants where you can meet with friends and guests. Any additional guests not included on the reservation will incur an additional fee of $100 per guest per day, and surpassing the maximum occupancy will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. We kindly request that you book your stay for the maximum number of individuals who will be present at any given time.
**Included Rental Items: We provide a range of amenities for your convenience, including linens, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and a well-equipped kitchen complete with utensils, pots, pans, and a coffee maker. Basic spices, board games, pool toys, a high chair, and a pack-n-play are also at your disposal. To get you through the initial days of your stay, we supply laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. For beach enthusiasts, we offer beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas, and beach toys to enhance your experience on the Gulf beaches.

Additionally, we have ongoing pest control services. Due to our proximity to water and the Florida climate, it's not uncommon to encounter bugs, including palmetto bugs, especially after rainfall. Florida has lots of insects, reptiles, birds and more please know that you may see some of these friends during your stay. To enhance your outdoor experience, we recommend using bug spray starting at dusk when spending time outside.
