This lovingly renovated property combines historic materials with fresh design, and is perfect for those who want to spend time in a unique place.
The Space:
My place is perfect for a single traveler or a couple who are looking for a comfortable, intimate, beautifully-designed space to call home. The bedroom features a mix of original materials, while the unique bathroom features original plaster walls, original cast iron tub, and more contemporary fixtures. The bathroom has a spacious stand-up shower, toilet and single sink with mirror above with a full length mirror on the door. I provide bath and face towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer. The queen-sized bed has a nightstand, task light, and outlets. The kitchen and living room has all the essentials: wifi, Smart TV, fridge, microwave, gas stove, French Press coffee-maker, and basic glassware and dishes. I provide coffee, cream, and sugar. A pull out couch with extra pillows and bedding is available. The room features 70-year-old Oak floors, all of which is original to this property. The apartment is accessed from the well-lit covered porch. If you are traveling with more than one car, there is ample free parking on the street.
