We are a retired couple as kids have moved out now with families of their own. We have two nice rooms with queen sized beds in our basement suite. There is a separate entry as well as a guest kitchen, living room and bathroom with a shower. There is a shared laundry room in the center of the suite between the living room and the bedrooms that is shared by the home owners. The suite has been recently renovated. English is spoke in the home.
There are great walking trails right by the home and it is close to a bus stop that takes the guests to downtown Vancouver in 20 minutes. There is a lovely outdoor patio for use in the summer.
