Summary: The property and condo are beautiful, the view from the condo is spectacular! The beds are comfortable, TVs and wireless worked very well. Kitchen is missing some items like serving or mixing bowls and BBQ tools There is also no place to put groceries (we were there for a month).Fernando was always very responsive and very easy to work with. There are 8 pools on the property, 3 of which are heated. There is also a restaurant we really enjoyed. There is a spa that offered great massages and mani/pedis. The biggest problem with this complex is the location. We had to take taxis everywhere. There is nothing nearby. It is about a 2 mile walk via the beach to La Cruz. We would then take the Collectivo bus back to the complex for 10 pesos. But it is very difficult to make the 1.75 mile walk to Bucerias central. There are large rocks that you need to climb over when the tide is out, they are slippery! The condo is on the 5th floor of a building at the top of the complex. To get to the beach you walk down the hill to the stairs and then it’s down about 6 flights of stairs. There is a funicular, but it didn’t work. We enjoyed watching whales in the bay with our spectacular view! The view and Fernando’s customer service really make this place.
