Easy access to outdoor activities such as running, surfing, biking, boating, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking & more! Property offers a large backyard space with a BBQ, Hot Tub, outdoor dining table, and heaters for comfort year - round!
NOTE: Fire pit in pictures in no longer a feature starting December 2024 through April 2025. Outside dining and Jacuzzi are still available.

CURFEW: Guests MUST be out of the jacuzzi and off the patio by 10:00 PM. This is out of respect to our neighbors and community. All activities must go inside at 10:00 pm.

There is a second, short term, unit on the property. There is NO shared space and there are two completely different entrances providing privacy for all.
