Summary: We got there and our hot tub was disgusting, holes in patio chairs, and roaches were crawling around the bathrooms. The maintenance guy was amazing and worked very hard for us to get the hot tub drained and filled up again. The front office was nice but either couldn’t help us or didn’t care much about anything. We booked this place for our son’s birthday since he thought the whole personal hot tub was cool so that definitely put a huge dent in our trip. It ultimately turned out good but I wouldn’t book again. The pool wasn’t clean and also didn’t seem like they had treated it in a while.
