Summary: Loved the private pool area. Felt like a private sanctuary with plenty of seating. Pros 1. Spacious, plenty of seating, indoors, and outdoors 2. Loved the courtyard pool privacy 3. Conveniently located near food stores, drugstores, beach, and restaurants 4. Good work space Cons 1. need of power washing 2. Furniture, dark wood colored, better suited for New England environment. When I think of Florida, I think of bamboo, glass, light colored furniture, lots of light. 3. Being an avid reader, the interior of the house was dark with no suitable reading lighting. Most all the lights were amber color. While it was Jan the weather allowed reading in the day time pool side. In summary, this is a great place for a multiple family gathering so everyone has space. Plenty of seating/inside and out. Christine was attentive to questions prior to check in. Experienced no problems. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. We enjoyed the stay.
