Only 1 short block to the ocean and waterfront views of State Park Lagoon. The charming Havana house is in an enclave with the most serene tropical feeling. Walking into this home is like being in a resort, with all the nicest amenities. Spacious floor plan, In-laws suite with its own private family room. The master bedroom is on the second floor overlooking the ocean. If you like to entertain there is a large Tiki hut with a full bar and tv and a private pool with an outdoor shower. If you like to Kayak the home backs up to a lake that goes around Birch State Park. Walk to Las Olas area beach. 4 car garage.
Imagine paddle boarding, kayaking, or canoeing the State Park Lagoon. Then, you can walk over to the beach (same block) to enjoy the beautiful sand and waters of Fort Lauderdale Beach. All of this while being only minutes away from Las Olas Beach Area, Galleria Mall, and Las Olas Shops.
