This estate is located across the river from Kennedy Space Center and SpaceX launch pads next to a wonderful park and other elite estates in Titusville. There is a pet boarding facility across the street and many options for restaurants within 5 minutes. The new Titusville resort with shops and restaurants is being built just down the street.

This stunning estate is located on the picturesque Indian River with direct views of rockets taking off from the Kennedy Space Center and SpaceX. There are three separate entrances allowing privacy when needed and the convenience of multiple kitchens / living areas - in total 5,000 sq/ft! The main house is a 4 bedroom / 4 bath estate with wall to wall sliding glass doors that lead out to a beautiful infinity pool and unparalleled views of the Indian River and rocket launches. The upstairs of this spacious house has 3 bedroom / 2 baths with a separate outside entrance. Additionally, there is an upstairs 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartment. Everything is steps away. A new pickle ball court is in the front as you enter this beautiful estate and there is even enough room for motorhome to park!

10 flat-screen cable TV’s, DVD player, stereo, movie screen, computer, reading room 2-fully equipped kitchens and 1 kitchenette. Everything from ample utensils and plates to a crock-pot. Central air/heat, high speed WiFi, ceiling fans, beach gear, and luxury linens.
Pool area
Furnished patio, infinity pool, hot tub, 4-burner gas grill, speakers, and beach chairs. If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know and we will have it ready ahead of time. A pool heating charge of $50 will be requested.
