Positive: Our stay at Rusal Haven was amazing. It surpassed our expections. The room was clean, beautifully curated and had such a refreshing scent. The shower was equally refreshing and nicely hot or cold depending on your liking. The breakfast was delicious and well balanced. My husband and I particularly enjoyed the spinach soup and the array of fruits. We also had dinner when we arrived and it was delicious as well. The location is perfectly located, being close to the road and provides a perfect view of Lake Kivu, with an access to a beach right across the premise. The environment is interestingly quiet being that it's so close to the road, with trees around. The place is also close enough, literally a walking distance to the hotspirings and some nice restaurants close by. Finally the hospitality was simply the best. Aristo ( Aristote) was such a lovely host and he made our experience so much better. He was very helpful right from the moment I reached out with my enquiries. He patiently answered and assisted me even before getting to the premise. During our stay, he continued with his top notch assistance, by going above and beyond to help out with our stay and experience of the area. He gave us some really good recommendations of activities and places to visit and we genuinely had a great time. I highly recommend Rusal Haven. What you see is exactly what you get, if not better 😊😊.
